The Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) Summer Institute is a mandatory 4-week residential educational program designed to give our opportunity program students a running start into their college career. You’ll receive preparatory training in the areas of reading comprehension, writing, and math to sharpen your skills and to boost your confidence so you can be ready for . Whether you plan to live on campus in the fall or not, you will live in the residence halls. You’ll meet your peers, learn to navigate campus resources, and rub elbows with important members of our faculty and staff. You will also begin to build your community within Opportunity Programs, and find your place at Hilbert.
